We just covered Ms. Vera Liddle getting sent to sing sing for nine years for her chicken wing heist.

Never mind that the heist went down during the Covid lockdowns, and the woman was stealing from children.

Now, we've got an NFL player out here offering to cover her debt to get her out.

That Kansas City locker room has to be the most interesting place on earth. You've got Pat Mahomes and all his family drama. Then there's Travis Kelce and all the Taylor Swift nonsense going on all around you. And there's Harrison Butker the TradCath family man.

They're all making headlines left and right.

In a locker room that busy, Jones had to do SOMETHING to stand out. And I guess bailing out the chicken wing lady is his thing.

Also, I'm pretty sure that's not how it works.

Seriously, what kind of a world do we live in where some people care so little about stealing from the mouths of kids, and where we pay those same people millions of dollars to play a sport?
