Rep. Jamaal Bowman charged for pulling fire alarm
ยท Oct 25, 2023 ยท

Oh no!

It's beautiful:

Here's the deets on this dude's crazy behavior if you missed it:

Obstructing congressional proceedings under 18 U.S.C. ยง 1505 is punishable by up to 5 years in prison. Heck, people who did far less than pull a fire alarm on J6 are going to prison for much longer (the ones that have gotten a trial, that is).

But Jamaal is a Democrat so LOL to that.

Instead, Jamaal will be slapped with a misdemeanor:

Bowman, 47, was due to be booked and processed by Capitol Police Thursday on the charge of raising a false fire alarm, which carries a maximum sentence of six months in prison and a fine of up to $1,000.

Anyone want to take bets on that fine?
