Trump's administration has been investigating the Biden Administration's use of an autopen to authorize several last-minute, high-profile pardons.
Now, it looks like it may be even worse than we thought.
A new report from NYT seems to be attempting to get out in front of the damaging details and bury the lede on this story.
According to the story, there appears to be no direct evidence Biden actually pardoned several people, including Dr. Fauci, whose pardon was approved late at night by an aide via email.
After the approval, more aides used the autopen to make the pardon "official."
On June 4th, Trump signed an order for an investigation into whether aides illegally used the autopen to grant pardons on Biden's behalf. Several aides have retained lawyers in response.

In recent months, it has become increasingly apparent that former President Biden's aides abused the power of Presidential signatures through the use of an autopen to conceal Biden's cognitive decline and assert Article II authority. This conspiracy marks one of the most dangerous and concerning scandals in American history. The American public was purposefully shielded from discovering who wielded the executive power, all while Biden's signature was deployed across thousands of documents to effect radical policy shifts.
One top aide central to the autopen story is Anthony Bernal, who has been subpoenaed and is set to appear this Wednesday.
The NYT report also confirmed that the only pardon Biden actually signed himself was the pardon of Hunter Biden.
