At Noka Ramen in Oakland, CA, the servers dress up like Power Rangers as a gimmick to draw in customers, which is probably breaking some licensing and copyright laws, but that's neither here nor there because these servers are the real deal.
You can tell because of the poses:
Well that, and because they're heroes.
Recently, a customer at Noka Ramen posted that a woman ran into the restaurant saying she wasn't safe.
Then a man came in behind her and put her in a chokehold.
And that's when the Rangers sprung into action.
The black and yellow power ranger dragged the man out of the restaurant while he kicked and punched him. Then the man went and got friends to come back and fight the Power Rangers. He threw chairs and salt and pepper shakers at the windows to challenge them.
They scuffled at the door as the Power Rangers tried to keep the men out of the restaurant.
Most of the patrons were terrified, but at least the one that posted about the incident, finished her ramen, and tipped double for the show.
The servers and all the patrons called the police, but it still took an hour for them to show up, and by the time they did, the man had started a fight with someone else down the street.
The police took the man into custody and said they thought he was having some mental health issues.
I mean, he tried to pick a fight with the Power Rangers as if that was a totally normal thing to do; I don't see what's so crazy about that.
At any rate, I'm sure just like an episode from the television show, the crazy guy will be out on the street again without bail in a matter of minutes, and this time he'll bring an even bigger and scarier friend with him to fight the Power Rangers.
