We don't have the full context here and Trump talks like, well, Trump, so this whole segment is confusing. It has to do with adverse reactions to vaccines and the aggressive vaccination schedule for kids that has expanded over the last few decades.

In the next part, it seems like Trump is offering RFK a place in his administration in some capacity related to health/vaccines ... and then he talks about his assassination in the most hilarious, Trump way ever.
