Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis made a surprise appearance Sunday night at the Gulf Coast Jam in Panama City, gathering cheers as he blasted Dr. Anthony Fauci and told other governors to open up their dang states.

Here was the crowd's reaction as he went on stage:

The governor said "Florida chose freedom over Fauci-ism."

He also told the leaders of other states and countries was to "let people live their lives."

I really need to move to Florida.

Can you imagine any governor who was trigger-happy with lockdowns getting applause like this?

Seriously, if you were to put my very own Queen Whitmer on stage at a major game or festival, do you think the crowd would go absolutely wild?
