Because 16-year-olds are so mature, informed, and trustworthy, syringe-and-poop-depository San Francisco might just allow them to vote in local elections. 🙃
Residents of San Fran get to vote on the measure in the November elections. If it passes, SF would become the first major American city to allow 16 and 17-year-old kids to vote in municipal elections.
Now, just as we know that 16-year-olds are mature, informed, and trustworthy, we ALSO know that residents of San Francisco are grounded, prudent, salt-of-the-earth type Americans who would never pass something like this. Right?
