As we've said before: This is all just happening a little too fast.
Researchers have developed an AI-powered tool that can recreate music people are listening to during brain scans. ...
Scientists said the AI tool, called Brain2Music, works by analyzing brain imaging data from people who are listening to music.
The scientists say in their report that the Brain2Music tool develops music that "resembles the musical stimuli that human subjects experienced, with respect to semantic properties like genre, instrumentation, and mood."
So they can basically nail down the style of music you're hearing just by reading your brain waves.
You can listen to the brainwave-generated music here. Be warned: It's hilariously weird, like something made by an alien who has never heard either music or the English language before.
Still. It's eerily accurate. Clearly the AI knows what it's doing with your brain scan.
