SNL staff writers are boycotting this week's show because Dave Chappelle is hosting

Oh no, a black guy who makes insensitive jokes!

EVERYBODY RUN!!!

Yup, the writers over at SNL really don't like the fact that Dave Chappelle includes gay and trans people in his jokes, and they're worried he might say something that offends them when he takes the stage on Saturday night. So they're boycotting this week's show.

Of course Dave will kill it, and it'll probably be much more of a relaxed show with waaaaay better jokes now that the woke comedy crew is taking the weekend off.

I'm actually kinda looking forward to it!

There's unrest at 30 Rock, Page Six hears, over the decision to sign up Dave Chappelle to host "Saturday Night Live" this weekend.

We're told that some staff writers are so furious that the comedy superstar — who has made transphobic and homophobic jokes — has been chosen to helm the iconic show that they're sitting out the episode.

Look, I get it, when you're as narcissistic as some people are, and your identity is literally holding itself in balance like the Cat In The Hat on a rainy day, you're bound to be offended by literal jokes.

It's actually pretty sad.

No need to worry about the actors; none of them have joined the boycott. And hey, maybe this is just the type of night those people need to sort of just let loose and make some real comedy.
