For context, this man had a stroke a few months ago and is running for Senate in Pennsylvania against TV personality Dr. Oz.
He's been on the struggle bus since his stroke:
The internet immediately responded to the swollen neck with memes:
Other people immediately began diagnosing the man with various ailments and tumors like a benign lipoma.
I have zero clue what's wrong, but I wish the guy the best.
That being said, I'm not sure why the Pennsylvania Dems are still pushing for this guy, especially since he's got other baggage like this:
Between the stroke, the mental struggles, this neck thing, and the stress of running for U.S. Senate, I'm not sure he's gonna make it to election day if he doesn't get some help!
