Honestly, it's difficult for me to honestly believe that anyone, even a host of The View, could be this dense.
Sunny Hostin has it in her head that black people in America are just being thrown in jail for no reason, even though that's clearly not the case, and that our problems in America are worse than the literal concentration camps in China.
As a woman of color with a 6' 2" black kid in college, and a 5"7', 5"8' black kid in high school, I don't see that part of American exceptionalism, I'm sorry. I think that this country has a lot of problems that could be solved.
Yes maybe they're putting Muslims in jail... in China. They're putting a lot more black people in jail here.
First off, Sunny clearly knows NOTHING about what she's talking about because she doesn't know the difference in CHINA and AFGHANISTAN! How can she say that the number of black people in American jail is greater if she doesn't even know what freaking country she's talking about?
And, of course, the Uyghur Muslims in China are being put in concentration camps for religious persecution. Black people in the US go to jail for committing crimes. So even if the numbers were unequal, it's not the same thing, at all.
