Ah, the old "orange man made me do it" defense.
America's favorite Buffalo Guy is back in the headlines again, this time because he apparently wants to testify that President Trump convinced him that storming the U.S. Capitol was a good idea.
Before we continue, take a moment to remind yourself of Buffalo Guy's mental state:
According to his lawyer, Buffalo Guy (an actor/crazy dude named Jacob Chansley) feels he was "duped" by President Trump into dressing like a Viking warrior and breaking through multiple layers of security to illegally enter a federal building.
As to what he would say in the trial, perhaps he'd talk to the Senate about the secrets of vibration and energy in the universe, like he did in this enlightening YouTube video. Maybe he'll talk about being kicked out of the U.S. Navy, or how he still lives with his mom as a 33-year-old man.
Buffalo Guy (this is his real name now, sorry) said he used to be "horrendously smitten" by Trump, but felt betrayed after the former prez didn't grant him a pardon.
It's okay, Buffalo Guy. There are others out there who feel your pain.
Where do we go from here?? I have no idea, but if the Dems hate Trump and their own dignity so much as to put someone like Buffalo Guy on the stand (and let's be honest, they do), I'll have my popcorn at the ready!
