The amount of sugar in some of these coffee drinks you people are buying is insane

Okay, we have a problem, people — a serious problem.

I know a lot of you are coffee drinkers out there, but I'd be willing to bet a vast majority of you take it with sugar and cream at least, if not one of those nasty creamers with all the oil in them. And some of you, I assume, purchase your "coffee drinks" from Starbucks or Dunkin', which can be just devastating to your health.

Let's take a look at just one drink, for example. I'll give the floor to this fine gentleman for a minute.

Yeah, that's not good at all. Bet you didn't realize they could fit that much sugar inside one of those cups. This is not a coffee, this is a treat. A massively unhealthy, turn-you-into-a-diabetic type of treat. And some of you be drinking these every day. Notice how that drink has 167 grams of added sugar.

(The DAILY recommended intake of ADDED sugar for adults is 40-60 grams, roughly no more than 10% of all calories.)

The last 18 grams is probably the natural sugar from the milk.

Here are a few others for you I found on Starbucks' website:

Largest size (Venti) guess how much sugar...

80 GRAMS!!!

PSL, survey says...

63 grams!

Let's go back to Dunkin' for a minute.

Large Frozen Matcha Latte:

How much you think?

One hundred and nine!!! And matcha's supposed to be good for you.

You guys, we gotta start paying attention to what we consume. This is outrageous.
