Remember when Ron DeSantis flew 49 illegals to ultra-rich Martha's Vineyard and the liberal enclave nearly collapsed until they kicked them all out a day later?

Well, it turns out the Biden admin has used a fun little loophole to fast-track them on a path to citizenship.

In December, we covered a criminal ring that helped illegals get special visas by staging crimes where the illegals played the victim.

Illegals who are the victims of crimes and are helping law enforcement solve those crimes can get a "U visa," which means they get a work visa and the opportunity to become a citizen.

10,000 of these visas are issued each year, and they are so coveted that illegal immigrants are literally paying people to rob them at gunpoint in order to get one.

Well, the Biden admin decided it could issue these U visas to the illegals that DeSantis flew to Martha's Vineyard because a rogue sheriff in Bexar County, Texas, said in 2022 that DeSantis lured them on false promises (by repeating the same promises Democrats routinely give).

Since the immigrants were all now potential victims of a "crime" based on this one sheriff's legal complaint, thus the Biden admin has decided they are all eligible.

Immigration attorney and [Martha's Vineyard] Islander Rachel Self, who is a part of a legal effort to bring charges against DeSantis, announced in a Monday morning press release that a number of the asylum seekers have started receiving bona fide determinations from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for their U nonimmigrant visas. It's unclear at this point how many have received the determinations, but Self says she's optimistic all 49 will be given the special protection.

"The fact they are coming for some is indicative that they will come in for all because they were all victims of the same crime," Self told the Times.

Ah, lefties lobbing criminal charges at their political opponents for the things they themselves are doing?

And so, the Venezuelan and Peruvian immigrants who were unceremoniously evicted from Martha's Vineyard, now all have work visas and a path to citizenship.

Not only did the liberals eject them from Obama's luxurious neighborhood, but they stiffed other illegals out of the visa just to give an extra middle finger to Ron DeSantis!!
