Yellowstone National Park officials are on the hunt for a serial bear harasser, who has filmed himself chasing after the animals in the park, and could face a hefty fine and possible jail time.
Videos have emerged showing the unidentified man jumping out of his car and making barking noises while aggressively charging toward the animals.
