The house from A Christmas Story is for sale.

The iconic home of Ralphie Parker is up for sale.

There is no price listed; there's just a link to contact the agent for more details.

But considering the iconic nature of the house and everything that comes with it, it's probably not cheap.

What all do you get with the house?

Try a 1.3 acre package including a museum, a gift shop, a rental property, a parking lot used for museum and gift shop employees and the home of Ralphie's neighbors, the Bumpuses whose hound dogs have plagued the Parker family for three generations.

The Parker house currently offers overnight rentals for those fans that want the experience of living in the movie. You can see the interior has been remodeled to look like the Hollywood set, including that fragile major award in the window.

You can also rent the Bumpeses' house next door, but the website says their hound dogs are not included, and you cannot bring your own as they have been known to steal Christmas turkeys.

The current owner, Brian Jones, wanted to be a Navy pilot, but his eyesight was not good enough, so his parents bought him a leg lamp modeled after the Old Man's major reward in the movie. He like it so much, he went into business making his own leg lamp replicas and selling them online.

When the house in Cleveland came up for sale in 2004, he used his leg-lamp money to buy it on Ebay. He's been remodeling and buying up property around the house since then.

Jones did not say why he was selling, but he did say,

"I'm looking for the right buyer. It's an interesting property to not only own, but you also have to take care of as a piece of Americana. It's going to be an interesting journey."

I'm not going to lie. This is pretty tempting. If there was a Chinese restaurant included, I would totally consider this.
