Frankly, this is embarrassing.

I mean, yay, the Bidens may be held to account?

But why now?

AFTER the coup has replaced Biden on the ballot. AFTER years of reports on Biden's influence-peddling.

Now that the Bidens are DONE and they are out of the news, NOW Republicans are announcing they're going to get Biden.

I'm sorry, maybe we could have been excited about this back in 2023, but even then this would have been underwhelming.

But in August 2024 when they've already shuffled Biden off to the retirement home ... what the heck are Republicans doing?

This is the worst "Republicans pounce" I've ever seen pounced.

I'm all for trying Biden in front of Congress.

It's just too little too late at this point.
