According to the AP,
The sprawling wholesale market is a veritable town unto itself, with more than 12,000 people working there and warehouses filled with fruit and vegetables, seafood, meats, dairy products and flowers from across France and around the world.
And that sucker is buuurning.
Authorities do not know what started the fire and will be investigating, according to the AP.
Gotta ask — do the bug factories and fake meat labs ever burn down or is it just the places that make and sell real food? 🤔
