The Department of Justice made it known in no uncertain terms that identifying and tracking down the individual caught on video throwing rocks at federal agents in Los Angeles over the weekend was a priority, and it didn't take long for them to at least partially reach that goal.
Attorney General Pam Bondi appeared on Fox News Monday night to reveal that the suspect had been identified:
Soon after video emerged of the suspect pelting government vehicles with rocks as they drove by, government officials issued requests across social media that they were looking for him, with the FBI going as far as to offer a $50,000 reward for any "information leading to his identification, arrest, and conviction."
By Monday evening, the feds had ID'd their man: Elpidio Reyna.
According to The New York Post, though Reyna had been identified, authorities were still searching for him.
A spokesperson for the FBI's Los Angeles field office confirmed that Reyna is not yet in custody.
'We're actively seeking his whereabouts,' the spokesperson told The Post. 'Our investigation is ongoing.'

You never know … maybe one of his rioter buddies wants to make a cool $50K.
