This is the most CNN thing you'll see today. The network decided they needed to do a little research to debunk the emerging idea that black people don't like Kamala Harris - or at least, they don't see her as one of them.

To conduct this research, the network of champions dispatched what former President Obama might refer to as a "typical white person" wearing a Jordan sweatshirt. Because when you think, "able to blend with a bunch of black guys in a barber shop," you think this guy, right?

But the best part isn't even that they sent some rando white dude to ask black guys if Kamala Harris meets their standard of sufficient blackness. That's bad enough. But when those black guys don't give the reporter the answers that he wants, the host back in studio insults them as "low information voters."

Yes, seriously:

At least they stopped just short of pulling a Biden and declaring that all those guys in the barbershop "ain't black"!
