Are the Taliban now using captured U.S. Blackhawks to hang enemies and parade their corpses around town? *UPDATE: The dude was apparently not dead*

UPDATE 8/31 2:52 p.m.: Subsequent video appears to show the same chopper and same guy hanging from it and the man is clearly alive and not dead:

No idea why the dude is hanging from a helicopter like that but at least he doesn't appear to be hanging by his neck.

Remember when everyone said giving $85 billion dollars in high-tech equipment to a bunch of murderous terrorists was a bad idea?

Yeah, it took five seconds for the Taliban to get a novel idea for execution: Instead of throwing their enemies off buildings or hanging them the regular way, why not lift them up by the neck with a $6 million Blackhawk and dangle them for all their new subjects to see?

[Warning: Graphic video]

I have no words for this depravity.

According to the Daily Mail, this recording is unverified, but was first posted to Twitter by the Talib Times, which claims to be the "official" news outlet for the Taliban.

Here's a separate reported shot of the incident. I am not sure if the victim is still the same man.

The Taliban were seen flying the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter around the city of Kandahar earlier on Monday.

In the latest post, the caption reads: 'Our Air Force! At this time, the Islamic Emirate's air force helicopters are flying over Kandahar city and patrolling the city.'

Here they are on Monday evening as they explore a hangar with some more helicopters in their American-made, 21st-century gear.

What has been unleashed on the people of Afghanistan by the White House's failed policy is truly a literal, actual nightmare.
