The world's biggest gun forum was booted off the Internet because they can be.

Never let a crisis go to waste. is a forum with a robust community that serves as a clearinghouse of sorts for firearm dealers and suppliers.

In a statement provided to The Federalist they said in part,

On Monday, January 11, 2021, I received notice from our site registrar that had violated their terms of service and that would be shut down immediately. The registrar's decision to de-platform was final and no method to appeal was offered.

Their registrar is

GoDaddy did not give a specific example of how violated their terms of service, so I'm going to hazard a guess and say it's because they just discovered it's a gun forum.

Hey, it's GoDaddy. They probably had no idea an AR-15 is a real firearm. I mean, it's not like the Soul Reaver or the Scorpion's Spear are real or anything.

Or are they?????...

Anyway, you do have to admire the efficiency of this move in that they are attacking both the first and second amendment simultaneously.

Kind of like a twofer of Social Justice Warrioring.

By the way, in case you're wondering, this is the same company that made its name and reputation by being one of the first Internet registrars to present women in a respectful, non-objectifying manner and whose commercials you could totally watch comfortably with children in the room.

I know the argument, GoDaddy is a private company, not the government so they can't possibly be accused of censorship.

So stop thinking that right now.

If you're curious, will work for a while (I can still bring it up), but not for much longer and not for all users as the DNS cancellation works its way through the Internet.
