The Boston University Center for Anti-Racist Research, which is somehow a real thing, is hosting an event featuring a couple of big names in the woke "anti-racist" intellectual circle, CRT "comedian" W. Kamau Bell, and queer feminist Kate Schatz.
And what are they going to present?
Oh, they have a new book!
And that book, which is dropping in just a few days, is a literal anti-racist "Do The Work" activity workbook.
Yes, this is a very real book.
The wokesters have been yelling at you for years to "do the work" and "educate yourself" and now they've produced a fun little activity book for you to complete to prove your anti-racist credentials.
This is for the people who want to be woke, but those books without pictures and fun word puzzles are just too much work.
Here's the description from Amazon, it's just as stupid as you imagined:
Revelatory and thought-provoking, this highly illustrated, highly informative interactive workbook gives readers a unique, hands-on understanding of systemic racism—and how we can dismantle it.Packed with activities, games, illustrations, comics, and eye-opening conversation, Do the Work! Challenges readers to think critically and act effectively. Try the "Separate but Not Equal" crossword puzzle. Play "Bootstrapping, the Game" to understand the myth of meritocracy. Test your knowledge of racist laws by playing "Jim Crow or Jim Faux?"Have hard conversations with your people (scripts and talking points included). Be open to new ideas and diversify your "feed" with a scavenger hunt. Team up with an accountability partner and find hundreds of ideas, resources, and opportunities to DO THE WORK! Ready to get started?
And, I am not joking, here is a REAL review of the book from everyone's favorite anti-American, pink-haired Medal of Freedom recipient Megan Rapinoe:
"Since we felt the ground shift...I think we all are looking for concrete ways to create change. This book gives a clear, actionable path to doing that work we have all been talking about. White folks—pick this one up immediately."
Oh, and here's Conan O'Brian's review:
Do the Work! confronts the most persistent and urgent crisis in America with wit, grace, patience, and, surprisingly, puzzles!
White folks! Please pick up this book about how you're totally racist! It's groundbreaking. And it's got these fun little puzzles!
This is what the woke left thinks of you, by the way.
They're literally treating white people like little children who need a book like this to figure out that they're racist and make them feel better about being racist.
That's aNTi-rAciSm for you.
