The inmate in question is William McClain, who later took the name July Justine Shelby. The man was found guilty of several extremely horrific and disturbing instances of rape and child sexual abuse, and child pornography involving infants.

In 2020, this sicko submitted a hand-written emergency writ of habeas corpus, claiming that his life was at risk in a men's institution:

Any sane judge would've laughed this off and ignored the request, but not Judge Sarah Netburn, pictured here with a clown nose and clown wig our staff may or may not have added themselves:

In 2022, she GRANTED the transfer to a woman's prison:

The worst part of this story? Realizing Biden has already successfully nominated over 200 judges now.

The nomination of radical activist judges is catastrophic for the rule of law in this country.

Perhaps the Senate Republicans should be working a little harder to block every one of these.
