The incident happened on Monday in Brazil in the city of Itabira. The perp posted a video in Portuguese (language warning probably) after he got walloped, and dang did he get walloped.

Some commenters said the man managed to escape into a building where some armed friends were hanging out, but that the police had managed to retrieve him.
