What the heck was this balloonhead thinking?
No acceleration or anything? If you're going to try to barrel through a raging creek I'm thinking you might want to pick up some speed first.

According to Daily Mail, this footage was taken at the Teleajen river in Prahova county, Romania.
I guess stupid exists everywhere!
