A "confused" Iowa hen was rescued from the shadow of death last week as it was hanging out outside a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.
The Animal Rescue League (ARL) was contacted when the hen was found loitering at one of the famous chicken wing restaurants in Des Moines, and posted about the hen rescue on Facebook.
Reminds me of this old KFC meme:
They called her a confused hen, but was she?
Maybe she just knew that her ultimate destiny was to be a delicious plate of blazing hot wings dipped in bleu cheese dressing.
And now, these hippie do-gooders have robbed her of the joy of joining the other 2 million chickens per year that have experienced that honor.
