So, Los Angeles is no stranger to car chases. But normally they happen at a bit higher speed than this one last night. Still few provide as much entertainment value.

Watch how absurdly slow this guy is going in his Chevy Malibu as the cops tail him.

At one point there were literally people jogging next to his car (I can't tell for sure, but they may have their little bums hanging out to moon the news chopper. Not sure, but don't say I didn't warn you).

Even his tires get sick of how slow he's going, and when one rolls off it ACTUALLY PASSES HIM.

Eventually, they did nab the guy at about 1:30am after his car presumably finally ran out of juice. In total the chase listed SIX FULL HOURS!
