One of the saddest videos I've ever seen, fam.
Am I the only one who thinks she looks like she's in pain? On her TikTok, she notes that she recently broke up and is moving to a new city.
Obviously something is eating her up inside... otherwise, why would she make a video about this? If it's really not a big deal, there'd be no need for it.
I know this is Not The Bee, but Kyle Mann at The Babylon Bee had the best take on this.
I'll add one thing if you have the time, but I'll warn you that I'm about to get biblical. Everyone these days is split between the "single life at T-Swift concerts is the best!" and "trad wife life on the homestead is the best!" but they are both errors.
Kyle notes you don't need to be married and have kids to have a meaningful life. We need the majority of people to do that so, you know, the human race continues to exist, and God designed marriage and parenthood in part to teach us about discipline and purpose.
But some people think they're going to find ultimate meaning by making babies, but it isn't going to solve all their problems. I think of Leah in the Bible, who thought she could find value in having lots of kids.
She had three sons, but she still felt lonely and without purpose. But then the fourth time, she changed her attitude.
And she conceived again and bore a son, and said, 'This time I will praise the Lord.' Therefore she called his name Judah ['praise'].
It's not about having kids or getting married, fam. It's about where you find your purpose. If you are living for yourself, family or not, you are gonna be miserable and messed up. Anything lower than heaven is going to disappoint you. You could be an ultra Chad who kills moose with your bare hands in the Alaskan wilderness to feed your family of 9 that lives in the cabin you built, and you could still be miserable without the right attitude that puts God at the center.
But I tell ya what, if you choose that route, it's gonna be a heck of a lot harder to be selfish and lazy.
