26-year-old Byron Redmon of Dallas died after he accidentally shot himself in the leg while shooting a victim on Saturday.

The bullet went through the woman's neck and then entered his leg. He was admitted to the hospital, where he later died of the injury. The details of the shooting are not clear (at least I'm having trouble visualizing how this could possibly happen) but it was determined that his injury was self-inflicted.

Fox News reported:

Officers were alerted to a call at a hospital where a man and a woman were found nearby in a vehicle with gunshot wounds... Investigators said that Redmon had shot the woman and the bullet exited and struck him in the leg. He later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.

The investigation is still ongoing, and no further details have been released as of yet. We don't even know how the woman is doing.

But one thing is for sure, justice, in this case, was executed very swiftly and without the help of a third party.
