There are not enough tampons in the men's room at the Minnesota Capitol to dry up all the tears that Tim Walz must have shed after this exchange with veterans on Tuesday while he spoke to the American Legion.
[Warning: Language]
"You're a coward!"
"You sympathize with the Chinese!"
(And you heard the other one)
Yes, stolen valor is taken pretty seriously in the veteran community; so is cozying up to the Chinese commies.
Tim Walz served 24 years in the Army National Guard, but never was deployed to an actual war zone. On top of that, when it was time to go to Iraq, he reportedly bailed.
So when he says things like, "When I was in Afghanistan," or, "We can make sure those weapons of war that I carried in war is the only place where those weapons are at," well, it's just not cool.
And you're not going to get any respect from veterans after that!
