Transgender ACLU lawyer Chase Strangio is set to make history today, becoming the first openly transgender person to present a case before the Supreme Court.
Pink News tells us,
The 42-year-old trans man [AKA woman on testosterone shots] and legal activist, who works with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is due to argue before the nation's highest court in a history-making session on Wednesday (4 December).
The case, US v. Skrmetti, was brought to the Supreme Court after Tennessee lawmakers approved a ban on gender-affirming care for under-18s.
Pink News adds that the "legislation would also force transgender youngsters who are currently using puberty blockers … to end their treatment." They claim puberty blockers are, "physically reversible hormone blockers used by under-18s before they begin hormone replacement therapy."
Just thought I'd give you the wokeness right out of the gate so you could be amused by the idiocy of their positions on this beautiful Wednesday.
Anyhow, Chase Strangio is set to present "his" case to the Supreme Court this week, and "he" appeared on CNN to discuss "his" plans.

The question is really a simple one, as I see it. This is a law that bans medical treatment only when it is prescribed inconsistent with an individual's sex. Our argument is that that treats people differently because of their sex, and therefore the court has to treat it like all other forms of sex discrimination and that's why it's unconstitutional.

These are doctors who are wanting to treat their patients in the best way that they know how, based on the best available evidence to us. And these are young people who may have known since they were two years old exactly who they are, who suffered for six-seven years before they had any relief.
And what's happening here, it's not the kids who are consenting to this treatment, it's the parents who are consenting to the treatment. And as a parent I would say, when our children are suffering we are suffering. And these are parents who love their children who are listening to the advice of their doctors, of the mainstream medical community, and doing what's right for their kids, and the State of Tennessee has displaced their judgement.
