Here's Trump in an interview with Americano Media last night, before the news of Elon's proposed takeover broke:
Trump is sticking by Truth Social, which he kinda has to at this point, but Truth is currently a ghost land populated by random people who somehow got access while the rest of us have been stuck for over a month on an endless waitlist.
And even if Truth gets off the ground, it's branded with Trump, which means only a certain political class of deplorables are going to use it.
How will the social wars play out?
I don't know, but at least the Twitter employees currently screaming into the sky and punching pillows at the prospect of having to work for Elon Musk can rest easy that they won't have to be triggered in the near term by Orange Man Bad!!!
