It's nice to get a win, isn't it?

In what has been a rocky judicial road for the Trump administration due to activist federal judges continually placing obstacles in the path of its various agendas, President Trump notched a victory on Friday as the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a lower court ruling that sought to prevent him from cutting approximately $250 million in DEI grants for teachers.

From Zero Hedge:

In a 5-4 decision nine days after the request, the Supremes sided with the Trump administration's emergency request to stay the court order by judge Myong J. Joun of the federal District of Massachusetts - who had ordered the Trump administration to 'immediately restore' the β€˜pre-existing status quo prior to the termination.'

In his decision, Boston-area Judge Joun had ruled in favor of California and other blue states (surprise!) that sought to prevent the Trump administration from freezing federal funding for more than 100 DEI training programs for teachers.

The cuts were announced on Feb. 17, following findings by DOGE that taxpayer funds were being used to 'train teachers and education agencies on divisive ideologies' that were 'inappropriate and unnecessary,' including 'critical race theory; diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); social justice activism; "anti-racism;" and instruction on white privilege and white supremacy.'

Trump requested a review from the nation's highest court, which narrowly supported the funding freeze. The SCOTUS ruling fell along the expected partisan lines, with swing vote Amy Coney Barrett siding with the constitutionalists this time and the increasingly questionable Chief Justice Roberts siding with the liberal justices.

So, let's celebrate, America! No more wasteful DEI training grants for teachers!

(Temporarily)

Now, all we have to do is find a way to cut funding for Chief Justice John Roberts.
