Team Trump, in response to the attacks in Israel and the unrest in the rest of the world, including some US cities, has come up with a plan.
But first, this short video as a primer:
Ah, Michigan.
Anyway, now that you have that image in your head, here's Trump's plan:
Let's review:
- First, Trump's plan deals with the border. He promises he is going to reinstate the so-called "Muslim ban," which actually only bans immigration from countries that are known terrorist hotbeds.
- He's going to stop the refugee program (at least for the moment), which also fuels the number of radicals entering the US.
- And for anyone who is legally entering the United States, a strong ideological screening will be done, and terrorist sympathizers and excuse makers will be axed from the list.
Oh, and he's not done.
The Trump's plan also deals with those already in the United States.
He wants to "aggressively deport" resident aliens, non-citizens, who sympathize with terrorists. He's going to revoke student visas if the student is anti-American, anti-semitic, and pro-terror. He's going to use Immigration and Customs Enforcement for pro-Hamas, pro-terrorism demonstrations in the US, find any non-citizens that are there, and kick them out of the country!
He's going to actually step up enforcement of deportations from the United States.
Like everything Trump does, the reactions seem to be split in two completely opposite directions:
I guess if you think Trump is Orange Hitler, you think this is how he'll implement martial law.
And if you think Trump is just a real estate tycoon who loves America but sometimes has crazy ideas that don't always work, you think this is way better than the current plan, which is totally open borders with no security!
