Update: Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturns lower court ruling that allowed ballots with incorrect dates to be counted

I guess the state of Pennsylvania finally found a "free and fair" election measure that goes a step too far.

Two weeks ago, we brought you this story explaining that Pennsylvania was going to count undated and mis-dated ballots. Because why wouldn't they?

Well, for what seems like the first time ever, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decided to side with reality and the rule of law.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled Friday that mail ballots that are improperly dated won't be counted in November, a move that could have major implications in the closely divided battleground state.

The decision reverses a lower court ruling from last month that found it was unconstitutional to reject mail ballots that had a missing or incorrect date.

A major victory for election integrity. A rare W for conservatives in Pennsylvania as well.

This is sure to bring consternation to the Left and their "count every vote, no matter when it comes in, and no matter how suspicious it may seem" plan.
