U.S. Representative George Santos faced charges in 2017 for stealing puppies from the Amish. What is with this guy?

I think it's well established that GOP representative George Santos can't tell the truth about anything.

He's gay but was married to a woman.

His family isn't Jewish, but they are "Jew-ish."

He never dressed in drag, but he looks a lot like Governor Whitmer when he wears makeup and a dress.

In addition to all the lies, he's also wanted in Brazil for forging checks to buy clothes. He stole the checks from a man his mother was a nurse for in 2010.

And now Politico just ran a story that Santos had been charged in Pennsylvania for writing bad checks to the Amish for puppies, and then running a fake non-profit puppy adoption organization in New York to sell the dogs.

Who steals puppies from the Amish?

His lawyer says that he convinced her his checkbook had been stolen, and he managed to convince the police of the same thing, and that someone else had written those checks.

Then he told people adopting the puppies in New York that he had rescued the puppies from Amish puppy mills.

The fake non-profit is currently under investigation by the FBI, and Santos faces at least five other law-enforcement charges.

Honestly, what's next with this guy?
