Trans ACLU lawyer says "there are no cases of men in women's sports" 🥴

The American Civil Liberties Union's reputation for employing the best and brightest legal minds that can be found was on full display Monday, as one of the organization's attorneys made the bold statement that "There are no cases of men in women's sports."

Yes, you heard that right. This chick with the law degree and the mustache doesn't believe there are any documented incidents of dudes competing against female athletes in sporting events.

I guess this lawyer gal with facial hair is unfamiliar with the case of high school volleyball star Payton McNabb:

Or the case of the 2022 NCAA Division I Women's 500-Yard Freestyle Championship "won" by William "Lia" Thomas:

Or MMA fighter "Alana" McLaughlin, a former Special Forces soldier who viciously beat a woman senseless in a cage match:

[Warning: Graphic]

That doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of the instances of males defeating and demoralizing girls in other college and high school athletic events. The United Nations even admitted in 2024 that a whopping 900 medals have been taken from women by men who are pretending to be women.

The ACLU's lawyer has only made the case for one thing: Males cutting off their genitalia doesn't make them women.

It makes them cowards.
