Stop the fraud?
What fraud?
Amazing.
Imagine if we had a professional class of individuals who were paid to ask questions about these kind of things to hold politicians accountable to the public.
From the bill:
No state agency responsible for the administration of federal funds shall impose a requirement on a nonprofit charitable organization providing a federal public benefit to determine, verify, or otherwise require proof of eligibility of any applicant for such benefits.
In case you still can't believe it's true, let me spell it out.
Virginia Democrats want to amend the law so state agencies can't require nonprofits, including Somali "healthcare" companies, to prove that they are eligible to receive tax dollars.
In other words, this bill makes it illegal for state agencies to ask if you are committing fraud.
If fraud becomes legal, shouldn't every Virginian participate? Let's all create our own healthcare transportation nonprofit and rake in the dough!!
My only question:
Is anyone going to DO anything about this?
