A lot of times I don't like to eat at Chinese restaurants because the food feels stale and old.
But honestly, it's possible to have food that's too fresh.
The Sun reports on the aquatic tribulations of a restaurant in Fuzhou, China:
Astonishing footage shows unsuspecting staff going about their day before the plastic cage breaks - flooding the restaurant and unleashing a chaotic swarm of fish. ...
As the floodgates open, live fish are sent darting along the current and into the dining area.
It's true: The tank popped like a balloon, and suddenly the fish were loose.

The tank was reportedly "newly installed," though I somehow doubt they'll be using the same contractors to put it back in place.
The management, meanwhile, wanted to ensure that terrified customers came back:
The restaurant owner said all customers were allowed to leave without paying after the incident.
Heck, I think I'd pay extra for a show like that!
