This employee calls a "code" over the radio that does absolutely nothing.
Allowing this to happen is a sign of the end of society. Although, in San Francisco, these signs started appearing a VERY long time ago.
This is social justice and "reparations" in action.
They'll continue to rob like this until they are stopped or until all of the places to rob are put out of business!
