Watch: George W. Bush says Islamic jihadis and “domestic extremists” are “of the same foul spirit”
· Sep 13, 2021 · NottheBee.com

On one hand, you have a bunch of murderous terrorists who fly planes into buildings and believe the end of days will only be ushered in when their religion has conquered the globe at the point of the sword.

On the other, you have people who believe that they must love their neighbors by defending the inherent, God-given rights that petty tyrants are abusing as they run roughshod over the laws that protect life, liberty, and democracy.

George Bush apparently thinks they are one in the same.

He doesn't mention the Jan 6 riot specifically, but what do you think he means by "violent extremism at home" who "defile national symbols"?

Hint:

He certainly isn't talking about BLM or Antifa, which literally believe in the violent overthrow of the U.S. and the Constitution and have caused tens of billions of dollars in damage in recent years. He's not talking about the infiltration of Chinese communist influence that will, if not stopped, rule the world a century from now.

Nope, he's nodding to 9 months ago when an unarmed crowd of patriotic Americans gathered outside the Capitol over concerns that the American Republic had fallen and that no one was listening to them, and some of them (still unarmed) broke windows and entered the Capitol and put their feet on Nancy Pelosi's desk.

It wasn't a great moment. It was violent and rude and unproductive. But the vast, vast majority of the people gathered at the Capitol were peaceful and did not enter the Capitol Building or abuse police officers. And the only one killed during the event was an unarmed Trump supporter.

A former president is comparing broken windows to a day when THOUSANDS of Americans were incinerated by plane crashes and crushed by falling skyscrapers: a day that launched us into a 20-year war in two theaters.

This is what one ex-CIA officer had to say:

Yikes.

And others:

Lefties certainly got the hint as well:

Instead of uniting America on the 20th anniversary of 9/11, Bush thought it best to divide.

Shameful.
