Stuttering is one thing. Pausing for an awkwardly long time as he tries to recall Osama bin Laden's name and his thoughts about sending him "to the gates of hell" is another.
I'm not rooting for the guy's mental decline. Like it or not, he's the leader of the free world, and we need him to be with it!
