Yes, he really said it.

What kind of an alternate reality is Steve Schmidt living in where the Capitol riots, where a bunch of losers just wandered around the capitol for a couple of hours, is a "profoundly more dangerous event" than the terror attacks in 2001 that killed more than 3,000 people?

According to Schmidt this, somehow, will kill more Americans than in 9/11 PLUS the 20 years of fighting in Afghanistan and the middle east since then.

These folks have let their hatred for Trump and what he represents so much that their brains are permanently warped and damaged. It is profoundly sad and just pathetic to watch.
