It appears Chicago has descended into the state of chaos where police have to watch for random hatchet men leaping from vehicles.

According to the Naperville Police Department, this happened on June 3. The attacker, who was reported dead at the hospital, was 28 years old. No apparent motive has been given.
Is it just me, or is more of this crazy, unpredictable violence happening everywhere in America? What would lead a man to do something like this?
