Water was pouring in everywhere, leaving some commuters trapped and some struggling to escape up steps that had become waterfalls:
If it wasn't bad enough that NYC started taxing commuters to force them onto mass transit, now New Yorkers have to avoid both stabbings and drowning on the subway.
The flooding came after two inches of rain dumped on the city in one evening, making it the second wettest hour of rain in New York History.
Many online are making the very good point: Why are they spending billions on illegal immigrants when they can't even keep their infrastructure up-to-date?
Does anyone still want to live in this city? Yikes!
