Global News anchor Farah Nasser was in the middle of a live news broadcast when a fly flew straight into her mouth.

Nasser shared a video of the embarrassing moment on Twitter:

The awkward moment came during a very serious report on flooding in Pakistan. Nasser managed to finish her report after gulping down the pesky little fly, but it's obvious she's struggling to make it to the end of her sentence.

And who could blame her?!

Nasser said she could feel the fly fluttering in the back of her throat and that it just wouldn't go down 🤢

She said she had to end the segment earlier than planned because she couldn't make it through without choking.

Thankfully, she was able to maintain her composure enough to cut to a colleague, but her gag reflex really made clear exactly what happened.
