Just thought I'd give you an update on Waymo, let you know how they're doing. Latest update is this clip out of Los Angeles from Sunday night.
Watch (and listen to the helicopter) as a Waymo carrying a passenger casually drives directly into the line of fire of a police standoff:

According to Waymo, the passenger was dropped off at their destination shortly after this video was shot. Fortunately, no shots were fired in that standoff, at least while the Waymo was nearby.

It's all downhill from here for Waymo. Though they do face an uphill battle, so maybe it's all uphill from here.
