Before we get into the screenshots, let me summarize: A dude married to a woman believes he is also a woman (he calls himself a "trans lesbian"), and has been taking hormones necessary to breastfeed his child like a woman.

Now for the story:

You are not a mom. You are a father.

And you are abusing your child.

Not only did this father provide the genetic material needed to fertilize an egg, but he can feed his child too! How stunning, how brave! Look at how much better men are at everything!

This is where I note the many cautions that doctors give actual women about medication when they are pregnant and breastfeeding. Many chemicals are passed through a mother's milk, to the point where some women choose not to breastfeed if they are on certain medications they can't stop.

And yet this man is takin a cocktail of drugs to unnaturally force his body to lactate against every fiber of its being.

One commonly-used method for non-gestational cisgender and transgender women to induce lactation is called the Newman Goldfarb protocol. It relies on the anti-nausea drug domperidone, which is banned by the FDA due to heart health risks (but widely used in Europe and Canada).
