22-year-old Matthew Leatham's first mistake was tattooing the state of Florida on his face.
I mean, really bro?? Of all the different tattoo options and all the different tattoo places, that's the combo you went with?
Leatham's second mistake (which honestly just pales in comparison) was misusing the 911 system by calling twice in one night to ask for a ride home and cussing out the dispatcher when he was told the emergency system isn't a taxi service.
The model citizen was arrested early Sunday for being a dumb dumb (in addition to marijuana possession). He has since posted bail.
